Flooding is expected over the high tides on Tuesday evening and Wednesday evening.
High water on Tuesday at Falmouth is at 19:14 with flooding possible between 18:00 and 20:30. Times of high water will vary along the coast.
Locations at risk may include low lying areas in Falmouth, Penryn Commercial Road, Flushing, Mylor Bridge, the A39 at Perranarworthal, Pandora Inn at Restronguet, the A390 at Tresillian.
Waterside properties and roads along the estuary may be flooded. Do not walk or drive through flood water.
Coastal conditions should ease for Wednesday morning's high tide. Conditions will worsen again for Wednesday evenings tide, bringing a further risk of flooding.

Detailed tidal information; The forecast high tide level at Falmouth is 2.83 mAOD. Expect tide levels to be around 0.2m above tide table level. Force 6 southerly winds and offshore wave heights of around 2.7m are forecast over the high tide.
