High tides, strong winds and large waves tomorrow morning may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible up to 3 hours either side of high tide on Wednesday morning.
Areas particularly at risk include Torbay, Teignmouth, Beesands, Torcross, Slapton and Dawlish.
The high tide at Exmouth on Wednesday 18 February is at 07:30AM, times of high water will vary along the coast. Forecast total high tide level is 2.24mAOD, which is 0.27 metres above tide table level. Strong force 6 easterly winds and offshore wave heights of over 2.3m are forecast over the high tide.
Coastal conditions should ease for Wednesday evening's high tide.

Avoid coastal roads, footpaths and carparks, which may be flooded .

Flood alert area: Exposed east facing coastal locations including Hallsands, Beesands, Torcross, Slapton, Blackpool Sands, Brixham, Broadsands, Goodrington, Paignton, Hollicombe, Torquay, Oddicombe, Teignmouth Promenade and Dawlish.
