High tides this evening may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible 2 hours either side of high tide on Monday evening.
Areas particularly at risk include Torbay, Teignmouth, Beesands, Torcross, Slapton and Dawlish.
The high tide at Teignmouth on Monday is at 20:45, times of high water will vary along the coast. Forecast total high tide level is 2.4mAOD, which is 0.28 metres above tide table level. Force 5 southerly winds and offshore wave heights of over 1m are forecast over the high tide.
Coastal conditions should ease for Tuesday morning's high tide.

Avoid beaches and coastal promenades, which may be flooded .
