High river levels are expected to cause flooding this morning.
Flooding is expected from the early hours of 27 January 2026 .
Heavy rain falling in the area will continue throughout the day.
Properties and low lying areas will start to flood from around 4:30AM on Tuesday. The main areas of concern are Hemyock, Whitehall Mill, Coldharbour, Willand Factory Cottages and Skinners Farm, Hayne Barton Cottages and Venn Farm. Flood waters may be deep and fast flowing in these areas.
River levels are likely to remain high throughout the morning.

Never drive through flood water, just 30cm of fast flowing water is enough to move your car . Activate any flood protection products you may have.
