Flood warning for South Devon coast low-lying areas of the Dart estuary

High tides are expected to cause flooding tomorrow morning. 

Flooding is expected 2 hours either side of high tide on Wednesday morning. 

Areas particularly at risk include Bayards Cove, Kingswear, Ditisham, Tuckenhay, Bow, Stoke Gabriel, and Galmpton.

The high tide at Plymouth on Wednesday is at 07:30, times of high water will vary along the coast. Forecast total high tide level is 3.02mAOD, which is 0.49 metres above tide table level. Force 6 southeasterly winds and offshore wave heights over 2.4m are forecast over the high tide.

Coastal conditions should ease for Wednesday evening's high tide.
