High tides, strong winds and large waves are expected to cause flooding tomorrow morning.

Flooding is expected up to 3 hours either side of high tide on Wednesday morning.

We advise avoiding exposed areas due to expected flooding and wave spray containing debris. The A379 Slapton Line beyond Torcross car park towards Dartmouth is closed.

Coastal conditions should ease for Wednesday evening's high tide.

We are closely monitoring the situation .

Avoid coastal roads, footpaths and carparks, which may be flooded .

This message will be updated by 4:00PM on 18 February 2026 or as the situation changes.
