Highest tide level is expected at coastal areas at Minehead, Combwich, Bridgwater, Burnham-on-Sea, Uphill, Weston-super-Mare, Kewstoke, Sand Bay and Kingston Seymour at 9:30 PM this evening, 10/09/2025. Flooding is possible for up to an hour either side of this time. Areas most at risk include coastal areas at Minehead, Combwich, Bridgwater, Burnham-on-Sea, Uphill, Weston-super-Mare, Kewstoke, Sand Bay and Kingston Seymour. We are closely monitoring the situation and checking flood defences. Start acting on your flood plan if you have one. Be careful along beaches, promenades, coastal footpaths and roads. The detailed tidal forecast is for a peak level at Hinkley Point of 6.83 mAODN at 9:30 PM on 10/09/2025, with westerly force 5 winds. mAODN is height above average sea level.
