River levels are high and rising on the Lower Wylye from Warminster to Wilton

due to the heavy rainfall over night. Areas affected are Heytesbury, Suffers Bridge, Boyton, Codford St Peter, Wylye and Great Wishford in Wilton. We will continue to monitor the forecast and re-issue this Warning if necessary. Please avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses and do not attempt to walk or drive through flood water. People in this area should take action now. We urge all people to take care and not drive through flood water. This message will be updated by 12:00 noon on 25/02/2025, or as the situation changes.
