Flood warning for River Nadder, Tisbury to West Harnham

High river levels are expected to cause flooding today. 

Flooding is expected on 27 January 2026 . 

Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the River Nadder, River Wylye, with low lying land and roads expected to be most affected, particularly around areas in Tisbury, Chicksgrove, Sutton Mandeville, Dinton, Barford St Martin, Wilton, Quidhampton, Salisbury in close proximity to the River Nadder. Overnight rain has pushed levels above the flood warning threshold, the rain is forecast to continue for the next 2-3 hours which will continue to raise water levels further. 

We are monitoring rainfall and river levels . 

Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water .
