Flood warning for Upper Hampshire Avon at Millstream and Avon Approach, Salisbury

Rising river levels are expected to cause flooding this evening. 

Flooding is expected on 09 February 2026 from 9pm. 

Areas most at risk include health and community services at Millstream House and The Boulter Centre. River levels are rising in response to the last weeks rainfall and high groundwater levels. Further rainfall is expected in the next two days which will keep river levels high. 

We are monitoring rainfall and river levels . 

Start acting on your flood plan if you have one and activate any flood protection products you may hav.
