High river levels are expected to cause flooding today.
Flooding is expected on 27 January 2026 .
Areas most at risk include The Bridges, Little Thatch, Watermead, Capberton, Three Bridges and Old Bridge Cottage, West Street, Avon Edge and Stubbings Meadow Caravan Park in Ringwood. Heavy rainfall overnight, falling on saturated ground has caused river levels to rise in this area. With Groundwater levels also very high, we can expect to see river levels remain high for at least the next 48 hours.
