Flood alert for Mansbridge and Riverside Park

High river levels on Tuesday may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible on 27 January 2026 from 04:00 as a lot of rain is forecast (25mm).
If as much rain falls as predicted, flooding could affect the area for 1.5 hours either side of high water, the incoming tide will prevent the river from flowing out to sea. High tide at Southampton is at 05:24 and at 06:19 on 27/01/2026. This may flood the access road and the car park near to the White Swan Pub at Mansbridge. Footpath flooding may also affect Riverside Park. Similar river levels to Wednesday, 21/01/2026, are expected. Rain associated with Storm Chandra is forecast this evening, overnight and into tomorrow.

Consider activating any flood protection products you may have . Including defences around the White Swan pub.
