High tides on Sunday may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible for 1 hour either side of Sunday afternoon's tide at 12:35 on 07/12/2025.
The weather increases tide table values by 0.42 m. Total forecast tide is 5.35 metres Chart Datum (2.62 mAOD) at Portsmouth. Strong South Westerly Force 5 wind. In Old Portsmouth, the tide may just exceed the top of the main slipway which will cause minor road flooding in East Street and to the boat yards at The Camber. To protect property in Old Portsmouth, tidal defence gates will be closed. Monday's tide at 01:12 on 08/12/2025 is forecast to be 37 cm lower (2.25 mAOD). High water levels are forecast to continue for the next few days, until Tuesday 09/12/2025.
