High tides over the next two days may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible for 1 hour either side of Friday evening's tide and Saturday's morning's tide.
Friday's high tide is 22:57 on 05/12/2025. The weather increases tide table values by 0.36 m. Total forecast tide is 5.16 metres Chart Datum (2.42mAOD) at Southampton. Light South Westerly Force 3 wind. Saturday's tide at 11:18 on 06/12/2025 is forecast to be 6 cm higher (2.48 mAOD). South Westerly Force 4 wind. Minor impact flooding will affect the lower floor level of Eling Tide Mill and boat yards at Bursledon. Road and car park flooding may occur at The Quay Hamble, Magazine Lane at Marchwood and Shore Road in Hythe. High water levels are forecast to continue for the next few days.
