Flooding of low lying land and roads is expected to continue today, 18 December 2025, especially close to the river between Moreton in Marsh and Shipton Under Wychwood on the River Evenlode. Levels on the River Glyme are currently stable and below the flood risk threshold. Heavy rain is forecast today, 18 December 2025, with a chance of further heavy showers tomorrow and through the weekend. We expect river levels to remain high over the next few days.
