River levels are forecast to rise at the Blacktoft river gauge as a result of high spring tides. Flooding is possible for this evening's high tide at 22:00 on 01/04/25 at Blacktoft. Areas most at risk are the Alkborough Flats. The Blacktoft river gauge is forecast to overtop the lower spillway and result in flooding.
We expect river levels to remain high until after the evening high tide at Blacktoft.
We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are patrolling watercourses in the area.
Please never drive through flood water, just 30cm of fast flowing water is enough to move your car.
