Local flooding from rivers is possible across parts of North East England today and possible but not expected more widely. Further local river and surface water flooding is possible across the South West of England on Friday and Saturday, and possible but not expected more widely across England.

Land, roads, and some properties may flood and there may be travel disruption.

Local coastal flooding is possible but not expected across parts of the south coast of England from Friday until Sunday.
