Locations to be affected are near the Upper River Tees, with low lying land and roads expected to be most affected, particularly around Riverside footpaths and low lying land and roads.
Weather conditions are expected to improve overnight and no further flooding is expected.
Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses.
