Rising river levels are expected to cause flooding today.
Flooding is expected on 27 January 2026 from around 9am
Heavy rainfall overnight has caused river levels to rise, with further showers forecast throughout Tuesday.
Properties and low lying areas will start to flood from around 9am on Tuesday. The main areas of concern are properties and low lying areas around Luxulyan Sewage Treatment Works, Rosevale Gardens, Tywardreath Highway, and Grove Park. Flood waters may be deep and fast flowing in these areas.
River levels are forecast to remain high throughout Tuesday.
