High tides today may lead to flooding. 

Flooding is possible 2 hours either side of high tide on Thursday evening. 

Areas particularly at risk include roads along the seafronts.

The high tide at Exmouth on Thursday is at 22:14, times of high water will vary along the coast. Forecast total high tide level is 2.20mAOD, which is 0.95 metres above tide table level. Strong force 6 winds, with a swell wave height of over 2m and a wave period of over 13 seconds is forecast.

Coastal conditions should ease for Friday morning's high tide.

Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water .
