Flood alert for South Devon coast from Plymouth to Start Point

High tides tomorrow morning may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible either side of high tide on Wednesday morning.
Areas particularly at risk include Challaborough, Hope Cove, North and South Sands.
The high tide at Plymouth is at 07:30, times of high water will vary along the coast. Forecast total high tide level is 3.02mAOD, which is 0.49 metres above tide table level. Force 6 south easterly winds and offshore wave heights of over 2.4m are forecast over the high tide.
Coastal conditions should ease for Wednesday evening's high tide.

Avoid coastal footpaths, which may be flooded .
