Get flood warnings by phone, text or email

Flooding is possible on Saturday evening and overnight into Sunday. Heavy rain associated with Storm Bert is forecast from lunchtime Saturday until early Sunday morning. Catchments are wet following rainfall earlier in the week. River levels are expected to be high from 10pm Saturday night and remain high throughout Sunday.

Expected levels suggest that there will be flooding to low lying land and roads close to rivers from around 10pm on Saturday 23rd November. We expect rivers to remain high throughout Sunday and may issue further flood warnings if required. Take care near areas of concern and check your local river levels on gov.uk. We are monitoring river levels and have staff in the area clearing blockages. This message will be updated by 11am on Sunday or earlier if the situation changes.

Flood alert area: Totnes, Ashburton, Buckfastleigh, Dartmouth and Torbay areas.
