Rivers remain high following the overnight rainfall. Flooding is possible from the afternoon on 09 December 2025.
Further rainfall is forecast from the afternoon of 09/12/2025 and into Wednesday 10/12/2025 which may cause flooding impacts into Wednesday. Flooding is forecast to affect areas near the River Isle and River Parrett, with low lying land and roads affected, particularly at Ashford Mill, Isle Brewers, Fivehead, the Norton sub Hambdon to Stratton road, the A356 and the B3165 at Chiselborough and the B3168 at Ilford Bridges. The lower River Parrett is forecast to be bankfull and overtopping could occur.
