River levels have risen above Flood Warning threshold as a result of the overnight heavy rain.
Consequently, flooding of roads, paths and land is expected, and riverside properties are at risk too in the Sampford Mill Farm area.

Our incident response staff have been out clearing weed screens in the daytime and we are closely monitoring the situation.
Please consider installing property flood resilience equipment and other flood plan measures, including avoiding low lying roads near rivers which may be flooded.
