Highest tide level is expected to be at Christchurch Harbour and tidal stretches of the Lower Stour and Avon at 9:45 AM on 30/01/2025 and 10:29 on 31/01/2025 Flooding is possible 2 hours either side of this time. Areas most at risk include Christchurch Harbour and tidal stretches of the Lower Stour and Avon.
We do not expect to see similar impacts from the high tides during the evenings. We have closed flood gates and are monitoring rainfall and river levels.

The second forecast high water is at 10:29 AM on 31/01/2025 with a level of 1.37 mAODN with southerly force 5 winds. (mAODN is height above average sea level.)
