This is a flood alert update. River levels remain high due to continued prolonged rainfall and rising ground water levels. Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the River Wylye, with low lying land and roads expected to be most affected, particularly around tributaries between Norton Ferris and Wilton. Further unsettled weather is expected with showers for the next few days. We are closely monitoring the situation. Please avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses, and do not attempt to walk, cycle or drive through flood water.
