Rising groundwater levels are expected to cause to flooding.
Flooding is expected from 11:00 AM on 02/12/2024.
Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the River Nadder and tributaries, with low lying land and roads expected to be most affected, particularly around the Dene including Hindon, Fonthill Bishop, Fonthill Gifford and Chicklade.
The forecast is for light rainfall to move in from Wednesday to Friday. This means that groundwater levels will are likely to remain high over the next 5-7 days.
