Flood warning for Lower Stour at Beaulieu Garden Park Home Site

High river levels are expected to cause flooding tomorrow. 

Flooding is expected on 28 January 2026 . 

Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the Lower Dorset Stour, with low lying land and roads expected to be most affected, particularly around Beaulieu Garden Park Home Site. River levels continue to rise on the Lower Dorset Stour. Further heavy showers are forecast over the next few days that will keep levels high. Flooding is expected to affect Redhill and Wheatplot, Iford Bridge Home Park, Stour Park Homes, Beaulieu Garden Park Home Site and surrounding properties in these areas, from tomorrow late morning, Wednesday 28 January 2026. 

We are liaising with emergency services and local authorities and will continue to monitor the situation. 

Move family, pets and cars to safety and turn off gas, electricity and water if it is safe to do so and activate any flood protection products you may have.
