High river levels on Thursday may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible on 12 February 2026 as another 10mm of rain is possible on Wednesday evening.
The Western Rother is high at Fittleworth, and higher than normal at Lodsbridge near Selham. Flood water will continue to be close to Fittleworth Mill, and isolated properties at Lodsbridge near Selham. Between Liss and Midhurst, river levels are near normal. A band of rain is forecast on Wednesday evening. If as much rain falls as predicted, a small river rise could be possible, similar to Tuesday. From 10:00 12/02/2026, minor flood impacts could affect isolated mill properties at Lodsbridge near Selham and Fittleworth. More rain is forecast Friday and Sunday, more flood impacts are possible.

Consider activating any flood protection products you may have including in Lodsbridge and Fittleworth. Avoid roads that flood (Iping).
