High river levels on Wednesday may lead to flooding.

Flooding is possible on 18 February 2026 as a lot of rain is forecast (25mm).

If heavy rain affects the Monks Brook, flooding will affect the recreation ground at Fleming Park, and the river will be very high at Kingfisher Road. Surface water flooding in roads is also possible, affecting Chandlers Ford and at Stoneham Way from Chestnut Way to the M27. River levels and flood risk should begin to reduce by Thursday 19/02/2026.

We are monitoring rainfall and river levels and will ensure the river is kept free of reported blockages.
