Flooding from the river will affect properties nearest the river in Chandlers Ford through Hiltingbury, Cuckoo Bushes, Common Road, Valley Road, Merrieleas Drive, and Mead Road. In Eastleigh, the river may flood Fleming Park, gardens, and impact property at Kingfisher Road, Pennine Way, Skipton Road, Magpie Lane, Brookside Way, Stoneham Lane and Stoneham Way. Rain is forecast to continue until 17:00 on Thursday 18/12/2025. River levels and flood risk should begin to reduce in Stoneham Lane by 19:00 on 18/12/2025.
