Groundwater levels in the Candovers and Old Alresford are high but relatively stable.
Flooding is expected to be affecting the ability of septic tanks to operate effectively. In Preston Candover and Old Alresford, a small number of properties will be experiencing cellar flooding. Mostly dry weather is forecast from Tuesday 03/03/2026 to Saturday 07/03/2026. Groundwater levels will begin to slowly fall over this week.
