Get flood warnings by phone, text or email

Property flooding is not currently expected. River levels are rising on the River Loddon as a result of heavy rainfall from Storm Bert. Therefore, flooding of low lying land and roads is expected later this evening 24/11/2024, especially in the Sindlesham Mill area. The forecast is for further heavy rainfall this evening 24/11/24 before a drier day tomorrow. We expect river levels to remain high over the next few days before falling. We are monitoring the situation. Our staff are checking and clearing trash screens. Avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses. Go to the 'River and Sea levels in England' webpage for current river levels. This message will be updated tomorrow morning, 25/11/24, or as the situation changes.
