Flood alert for Tributaries on the Upper River Thames above Cricklade

Property flooding is not currently expected. River levels are now falling on the River Key as a result of recent heavy rainfall but are still high but falling on the Braydon Brook. Therefore, flooding of low lying land and roads is expected to continue today, especially in the Oaksey area. The weather forecast for today is for a mostly dry day with the chance of showers. Further rain is forecast for Wednesday. We expect river levels to continue to fall slowly through today 25/02/2025. We are monitoring the situation. Avoid contact with flood water. This message will be updated Wednesday morning, 26/02/25, or as the situation changes
