High river levels may lead to flooding.

River levels are slowly rising on the River Thames from Mapledurham to Sonning. Flooding of low lying land and roads is expected to continue today, 17 February 2026, especially in the Sonning area. Today and overnight are forecasted to be predominantly dry, followed by further rain tomorrow. We expect river levels to slowly rise today as water moves downstream. Levels will remain high over the coming days.
