High river levels may lead to flooding.
River levels are high on parts of the River Thame. Flooding of low lying land and roads is expected to continue today, 16 February 2026, including in the Aylesbury, Thame, Stadhampton, and Dorchester areas. Today is forecast to be predominantly dry with a few scattered showers, some of which may be heavy. We expect river levels to remain high over the coming days.

Flood alert area: River Thame from Marsworth to Dorchester including, Long Marston, Rowsham, North Aylesbury, Cuddington, Thame, Ickford, Wheatley, Drayton St Leonard, Overy, the Horsenden Stream at Princes Risborough and the Chalgrove Brook at Chalgrove and Stadhampton.
