Property flooding is expected. River levels are rising on the Ginge Brook at Steventon as a result of Storm Bert. Therefore, flooding of property and roads is expected from early tomorrow morning 24/11/24. Areas most at risk are High Street, Milton Lane, Kennel Lane and The Causeway. Further rainfall which could be heavy at times is forecast overnight and tomorrow morning. We expect river levels to continue to rise through Sunday 24/11/24. Our staff have been checking and clearing trash screens and are liaising with councils and emergency services. Go to the 'River and Sea levels in England' webpage for current river levels.
