River levels are increasing on the River Thames between Newbridge and Kings Lock following heavy rainfall earlier in the week from Storm Bert. Therefore, flooding of properties, low lying land, and roads is possible overnight, 27/11/2024. Areas most at risk are properties between Newbridge and Kings Lock above Oxford.
This evening and overnight are forecast to be mainly dry. River levels are still rising and may continue to rise again in response to water moving downstream.
