Groundwater levels are currently stable at our Longacre borehole in the Lambourn Valley. However, they remain above normal for this time of year, and communities may be affected by groundwater. Low-lying land, roads and cellars may be at risk of flooding.
We expect levels to remain sensitive to further sustained rainfall. Due to the nature of groundwater flooding, this situation could continue for several weeks or longer. We are continuing to monitor groundwater levels and will update this message in a week, 28/01/2025 or as the situation changes.
