High tides today may lead to flooding. 

Flooding is possible between 10:15am and 12:15pm today, Sunday 13th September. 

We expect high tide levels at the harbourside in Southwold. The detailed forecast is for a peak level at Lowestoft of 1.63mAODN at 11:15am, on Sunday 13th September, which is 0.30m above tide tables, wind force 3, north westerly. Tides are expected to be higher than usual, due to the forecast weather conditions during spring tides. 

We are closely monitoring the situation . 

Avoid coastal roads, footpaths and carparks, which may be flooded .
