High tides and forecast weather conditions this morning may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible between 9am and 11am this morning, Friday 7 November.
We expect high tide levels at the harbourside in Southwold. The detailed forecast is for a peak level at Lowestoft of 1.60 mAODN at 10:00am today, Friday 7 November, which is 0.14m above tide tables, Wind Force 4, South easterly. Tides are expected to be higher than usual, due to the forecast weather conditions during spring tides.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Avoid coastal roads, footpaths and carparks, which may be flooded .
