River levels remain high today as a result of recent heavy rainfall. Flooding is possible on 18 February 2026. Areas most at risk are around the River Great Ouse from Brampton to Earith, including Back Brook, Hall Green Brook, Parsons Drove Drain, Swavesey Drain and Wadsbys Folly. Access to properties in Berry Lane, Godmanchester may also be affected. We are not expecting the situation to escalate, or to issue any further warning messages at this time. Further rainfall is forecast today and tomorrow. We are monitoring rainfall and river levels. Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses. This message will be updated by 10:00am on Thursday 19 February 2026 or as the situation changes.
