Flood warning for River Great Ouse at Olney and Newton Blossomville

River levels remain high in response to recent heavy rainfall from Storm Bert. Flooding is possible.

Areas most at risk are Church Street and Olney Tennis and Cricket Clubs in Olney, Lavendon Mill, and Newton Blossomville.

Further rainfall is forecast for Wednesday which may keep river levels high over the next few days.

Take care on riverside roads and footpaths, and don't put yourself in unnecessary danger. We are monitoring the situation.
