Locations most affected will be Coalhouse Fort and car park, and the low lying land between the fort and Coalhouse Point. The detailed forecast is for a peak level at Southend of 3.59mAODN at 11:30pm, on Sunday 25th October, which is 0.69m above tide tables, Wind Force 5, South-Westerly. The high tide tomorrow morning is expected to be as high.
