Areas most at risk are low-lying agricultural land and roads including Kingfisher Way, Forest Road, Monarch Way and Belton Road industrial areas from the Wood Brook, the Grace Dieu Brook, Burleigh Brook, Black Brook, Grammar School Brook, Hermitage Brook, Sileby Brook, Long Whatton Brook, King’s Brook and Kingston Brook. Heavy rainfall is forecast throughout the day from the early hours of tomorrow, 26/08/2026 with thunderstorms in the afternoon.
