Areas most at risk are low-lying roads and land around the brooks in Leicester City, including recreational land where water depths could become hazardous. Areas particularly at risk include those around the Braunstone Brook, Lubbesthorpe Brook, Melton Brook, Saffron Brook, Willow Brook, Bushby Brook, Evington Brook, Thurnby Brook and Scraptoft Brook. Heavy rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours. River levels will begin rising from Friday morning, 14/11/2025.
