Flood alert for River Sence in Leicestershire

High river levels today may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible from the evening of 13 February 2026 .
Areas most at risk are low-lying agricultural land and roads including the farmland in Great Glen, Kilby Bridge, South Wigston and Blaby as well as the road at Crow Mills. Rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours. River levels at South Wigston Gauge will rise until 09:00 on 14/02/26.
