River levels continue to decrease at Lilbourne and whilst the level is decreasing the risk of flooding continues and will remain into Tuesday.
Flooding may affect low-lying land and roads adjacent to the River Avon between Stanford and Rugby, River Swift between Cosford and Rugby and Clay Coton Brook between Yelvertoft and Lilbourne.
We continue to closely monitor the situation. Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses. Stay away from flood water - it contains hidden dangers such as open manhole covers, sewage and chemicals.
This message will be updated by 1100 Tuesday 3 March or as the situation changes.
