Flood warning for River Teme at Eardiston
River levels have risen at the Tenbury river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of property, roads and farmland is expected today 17/10/24. We expect flooding to affect properties and roads at Eardiston including the A443 at Eastham. We expect river levels to remain high for the next few days. We are closely monitoring the situation, and will update this warning if the situation escalates. Our incident response staff are checking defences, liaising with emergency services and Local Authorities. Please move possessions and valuables off the ground or to safety and avoid contact with flood water. This message will be updated by 5pm on 17/10/24, or if the situation changes.
