Local surface water flooding is probable across parts of the South of England on Thursday with surface water and river flooding possible more widely across England due to heavy rain falling on wet ground. Local river flooding is possible on Friday and possible but not expected into Saturday as rivers respond to that rain.

Land, roads and some properties may flood and there maybe travel disruption.
