Localised river flooding impacts are expected today (Thursday) across parts of the West of England, following heavy rain yesterday. Localised river flooding is then possible along parts of the River Severn until Sunday.

Localised coastal and tidal flooding impacts are possible today for parts of South West England, and are probable from Friday to Sunday along parts of the coasts of North West and South West England, and possible more widely along other coasts around England.

Localised river and surface water flooding impacts are possible but not expected from Friday evening and into Saturday across parts of England, due to further rainfall.

Land, roads and some properties may flood and there may be travel disruption.
