River levels are high on the River Windrush. Flooding of low lying land and roads is expected to continue today, 17 March 2026, including the areas around Bourton on the Water and Newbridge. The forecast is for a dry day today and tomorrow. River levels are high but falling very slowly. We expect river levels to continue to fall gradually over the coming days. River levels are sensitive to further rainfall.
